Broadhurst Investments Ltd. on May 18th sold 91.35 million Asirom shares (14.32%) for 58.46 million RON (17.9 million EUR) whereas Waterwe Ventures Ltd bought 9.5% (60,900,000 shares) for 38.97 million RON (11.95 million EUR).
Asirom was established in 1991 as a result of the privatization of the State Insurance Administration, which split into Asirom and Astra. The company has a share capital of 63.78 million RON divided into 637.8 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Last year"s gross profit was 14 million RON.
