EnglishEstinvest - Focsani, a brokerage firm, has been elected to chair the Board of the Investor Compesation Fund (FCI), according to FCI Executive director Stefan Chirtu. "Shareholders in the Investor Compensation Fund (FCI) have chosen the brokerage firm Estinvest - Focsani to chair the Board of Directors, a position that became vacant upon the resignation of TGH Invest - Iasi in May," Chirtu told NewsIn.
On the same occasion, Alpha finance Romania was elected as Member of the Board. Alpha Finance will be represented by Gabriela Dolea, whereas Estinvest by Lucian Ovidiu Isac. The Fund has a share capital of 344,350 RON divided into 34,435 shares with a face value of 10 RON. The fund has 102 shareholders, including 75 brokerage firms, 18 asset management companies and 9 lending institutions.
