Eurisko concluded last year with 14.3 million EUR in turnover, up by 20% more than original estimates. "We have ended yet another year with record high results. In 2008, we intend to land 25 million EUR in turnover, nearly double the previous year," said Eurisko CEO Adrian Capraru.
Last year, the company"s consultants mediated real estate transactions worth 800 million EUR. The Valuation & Consultancy Department generated analyses and studies for the development of project worth some 3.7 billion EUR. The department valued property having a market value of 1.85 billion EUR.
