EnglishShareholders in Bucharest-based company Faur approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting to increase the company"s share capital by 3,78 million RON. The company will issue 195.900 shares with a face value of 2,5 RON. The shares will be attributed to the Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS). In order for the other shareholders to exercise their preemtive rights, the company will issue 1.316.694 additional shares worth 3,29 million RON.
Faur Bucharest manufactures and repairs rolling stock components and has a share capital of 37,66 million RON, divided into shares with a face value 2,5 RON. Faur shares are traded on the "unlisted" category of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as of July 13th 1998, under the symbol FAU.
