EnglishFaur - Bucharest shareholders have authorized the reduction of the share capital by 18.3 million RON (5.53 million EUR) to cover the losses incurred in the previous years, according to an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). The share capital will be reduced to 23.32 million RON by lowering the face value of the shares from 2.5 RON to 1.4 RON. The company manufactures and repairs rolling stock and is listed on BSE as FAU. Last year"s net profit was 3.3 million RON, up from losses of 9.57 million RON in 2005. The company is controlled by Bega Com with 96.65%.
