Flaro, part of RTC Holding, reported a turnover of approximately 9 million EUR for 2006. The Sibiu-based company posted a 46% growth compared to 2005.
În 2005, auto parts production accounted for approximately 1 million EUR from the company"s turnover. This amount increased by 50%, reaching 1,5 million EUR in 2006. Flaro estimates an 11% growth in turnover, which should reach nearly 10 million EUR in 2007. Flaro provides services for auto and electronics industries. The componenets manufactured by Flaro reach European markets (Germany, Italy, Switzerland), as well as Canadian and US markets.
Flaro operates on the Romanian market since 1922, as a 100% Romanian brand, with a tradition of over 80 years. The significant steps in Flaro"s growth were the company restructuring (between "90 and "96), its privatisation (in 1997) and becoming a member company of the RTC Group (2005).
