EnglishGrup Feroviar Roman (Romanian Railway Group - GFR) last week acquired 404,800 shares in Remar - Pascani from SIF Moldova thus consolidating their majority in the railway car repair company. SIF Moldova last week sold most of their stake in Remar in two steps: 100 shares for 4.4 RON/share and 484,960 shares for 4.2 RON/share. These transactions intensified interest in Remar, with another 183,523 shares changing hands yesterday for a peak price of 5.25 RON/share. Prior to these transactions GFR had 79.97% in Remar, followed by SIF Moldov a with 10.61%.
