EnglishThe auction for the sale of Neptun Complex by Olimp Estival 2002 - Mangalia will take place on March 9th, 12:00 hrs. as stated in the invitation to auction released by the State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS). According to Government Decision 577 / 2002, if only one bidder is present and offers the starting price, the asset is thereby sold. The starting price is 7 million EUR, VAT not included.
The deadline for bid submission expired on Thursday, 12:00 hrs. The only bid was placed by Grand Plaza Hotel SA - Bucharest, part of the Howard Johnson Group. Neptun Complex consists of the building, fixed assets and 28,724.16 sq.m. of land. AVAS is the majority shareholder with 54% of the share capital, as of August 26th, 2006.
