EnglishIasi-based real estate developer Terra, controled by businessman Bogdan Cihodaru, has launched the Reveria residential project. The compound will be located in Iasi and will consist of 24 apartments , built on a total surface area of 5,700 square meters. The compound will also include office buildings.
Construction work has already started and the company estimates the residential compound will be finalized by September next year. The market value of the project amounts to 5.7 million EUR.
The Reveria compound will be part of the Carol I neighbourhood, which will be developed by Israeli company Shiran Constructions. The company plans to build a 19-storey apartment building consisting of 124 apartments and a residential complex totaling 460 apartments.
