The General Meeting of shareholders in Nicolina Iasi has decided to organize a last bid in order to sell the company"s two active assets. Unless the assets are bought, the Iasi-based company will enter voluntary liquidation.
The starting price will be 4.179.593 EUR plus VAT for the Street Pavement and Tools division and 11.099.147 Eur, VAT included, for the Construction Tools and Equipment Factory. Despite previous failures to sell the two assets, AVAS representatives are optimistic, stating that there are already three bidders interested in the two production units.
