Lindab Romania, a leading manufacturer of metal structures for construction and ventilation systems, is running a training program for professional installation crews.
A press release explains Lindab"s initiative as an attempt to contribute to improving the overall competitiveness on the human resources market in this field and help mitigate the lack of skilled professionals. The program is attended by 200 installation personnel from 60 companies across the country. Courses are organized in Timisoara, Bucharest, Cluj and Bacau.
"The Romanian construction market is growing rapidly, so construction companies and distributors have to keep up with increasing demand and the newly introduced technologies," said Andrei Sulyok, the general manager of Lindab Romania, to explain the need for highly trained personnel.
