Mecanical transmissions manufacturer Neptun SA Campina increased its share capital by 2,17 million RON to 8,89 million RON, following the closing of the subscription period, according to data sent on Friday to Rasdaq. Shareholders in Neptun Campina on January 23rd approved the increase in the company"s share capital by cash injection (2,4 million RON) to 9,15 million RON. The company issued 971.674 shares with a face value of 2,50 RON.
Shareholders subscribed for shares worth 2,17 million RON, while 104.964 shares, worth 262.400 RON, will be cancelled. Following the capital increase, the company has a share capital of 8,89 million RON, divided into 3,56 million shares with a face value of 2,50 RON. The majority shareholder is Metaleuroest SRL Campina, which increased its holding in the company from 76% to 84,69%.
Neptun Campina shares are listed on the first tier of Rasdaq as NEPT. The company has a capitalization of 37 million RON (11 million EUR). For the first nine months of 2006, the company posted 33,58 million RON in turnover and 3,9 million RON in net profit. At the end of 2005, the company reported a turnover of 48,51 million RON and a net profit of 3,182 million RON.
