EnglishNord City has invested 16 million EUR in a12-storey office building located in the Pipera area. Nord City Tower is a class AAA office building, with a built surface area of 12,500 square meters. Construction work took approximately 17 months and the new office building will be officially launched in September. The project will be managed by Nord City and Cushman & Wakefield Activ Consulting will be the exclusive real estate agency for Nord City Tower.
Nord City is part of Nord Grup Srl, a Romanian construction company established in 2003. Currently, Nord Grup is building a five-star hotel on Teisan Street, the project being a Golden Tulip franchise. The built surface area totals 11,000 square meters. The investment will amount to approximately 12 million EUR.
