Small shareholders in SC Sanevit SA - Arad cannot transfer their shares to the new syringe producer, established four years ago. Although the State Assets Resolution Authority (AVAS) in 2004 decided that the small shareholders would be transferred to the new company, Sanevit 2003, Health Minister Eugen Nicolaescu notified them that they could not be transferred to the new company. SC Sanevit SA has gone bankrupt, so the small shareholders will have to find some way to solve their problem.
