Senators will receive a written notification of a Plenum agenda item regarding the tacit adoption of the Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code as the deadline for their debate expired on 1 September, Agerpres announced.
The Plenum agenda again includes the Emergency Ordinance of the Government regarding the enactment of the First Home Programme, which was debated last Wednesday pending a final vote.
The senators will also debate a set of draft organic laws that were left open last Wednesday and take stand on several normative acts tacitly adopted by the Chamber of Deputies in the previous session. One of them is the Emergency Ordinance of the Government disbanding the Chancery of the Prime Minister.
