EnglishThe Board of SAI Muntenia Invest, the management firm of SIF4, has decided to propose gross dividends of 0.07 RON/share to the shareholders in SIF Muntenia - Bucharest (BVB: SIF4). The proposal was authorized by the Council of SIF4 Shareholders" Representatives.
SIF 4 - Muntenia concluded last year with a net profit of 75,884,079 RON, up by 44.87% year-on-year. Revenues totaled 127,791,136 RON, up by 40% year-on-year, whereas expenses climbed 7% to 42,244,737 RON.
SIF Muntenia shares were suspended from trading upon the publication of the report on the dividends and resumed trading an hour later. The price fluctuated between 1.7 RON/share and 1.77 RON/share closing at 1.75 RON/share, up by 1.2%. Transactions of SIF4 shares totaled 2.490,132 RON.
