EnglishFinancial investment firm Oltenia (SIF5) sold on Wednesday another 1,93% in Altur Slatina for 960.000 million RON (287.000 EUR), according to SIF 5 Manager Teodor Buzatu, quoted by NewsIn. Four million Altur shares were transfered at 0,24 RON/share. Following this transaction, SIF Oltenia holds 84,23% in the company, namely 174,3 million shares. On Tuesday, SIF Oltenia sold five million shares in Altur (2,4% in the company) for 1,1 million RON.
In 2006, the company posted a net loss of 4,14 million RON and a turnover of 97,4 million RON. For 2007, the company estimates a profit of 800.000 - 1.000.000 RON and a turnover of 120 million RON. Altur shares are listed on the second tier of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as of December 2004, under the symbol ALT.
