Financial Investment Company "Transilvania" (SIF3) announced it wants to sell shares it holds in "Biroul de Turism pentru Tineret" (Yout Travel Bureau) (Rasdaq symbol: BIBU), because the latter changed its main line of business, according to a press release published on Friday by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
• The company received a similar request from an individual shareholder.
Following these requests, The Board of Administration of the company asked the registrar of the Trade Registry to appoint an evaluator which would determine the market value of the shares of BIBU, the press release states.
"Biroul de Turism Tineret" has a market value of 18.95 million lei, according to the price of 3.5 lei/share at the end of last month. The Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS) holds 87.92% of the company, and FIC "Transilvania" (SIF) has a stake of 10.64%.
