Talc Dolomita - Hunedoara (RASDAQ:TALD) a stone quarry company, has increased capital by 3.96 million RON after the shareholders received 2.6 million RON worth of free shares and subscribed newly issued shares, the company announced.
The capital increased was based on the issuance of 1.59 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Some 1.06 million shares with a face value of 2.6 million RON were issued to the shareholders free of charge. The remaining 530,696 shares worth 1.32 million RON were 98.87% subscribed by existing shareholders.
Following the increase, the company has a share capital of 5.29 million RON (1.44 million EUR) divided into 2.11 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The new ownership is Tender SA (76.94%) and SIF 5 Banat Crisana (9.89%).
Nine months through last year, the company posted a gross profit of 1.9 million RON (556,100 EUR), up by 52% y/y from 1.26 million RON. The turnover reached 12.5 million RON (3.7 million EUR) up by 47.5% y/y from 8.48 million RON. The company has a market value of 25.4 million RON (6.92 million EUR) as per the 05 February quotation of 12 RON/share.
