Tens of thousands of young people have obtained a job through ANOFM

The Ministry of Labor announces that 144,067 young people under the age of 30 were included during the year 2023 in active employment measures carried out by the National Employment Agency, and of these, 54,759 young people were employed. According to the ministry: "Almost 55,000 young people under the age of 30 employed in 2023 as a result of the employment measures carried out by MMSS. 144,067 young people under the age of 30 were included during 2023 in active employment measures carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity through the National Employment Agency. Of these, 54,759 young people were employed". The Ministry specifies that 49,010 young people were placed in jobs for an indefinite period, 1,126 benefited from the activation premium of 1,000 lei for the unemployed without compensation, 432 benefited from the insertion premium and 542 received support regarding the stimulation of labor force mobility ( employment premiums, installation premiums or relocation premiums, as the case may be, for those who were employed at distances of more than 15 km from their domicile, respectively more than 50 km from their domicile). Minister Simona Bucura Oprescu stated: "Each young person benefits from personalized active measures, depending on skills, abilities and professional level. We help #young people to start independent activities or a business. The diversification and development of services and public policies in the field of employment in order to respond as best as possible to the needs of the labor market are priorities of my mandate". This is just one step, it is obvious that the needs on the labor market are much greater.
