The approval of the mandate for the creation of the strategy for the privatization of the "C.F.R. Marfă" division of the Romanian Railways Company will be discussed on Thursday, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MTI), as part of a public debate.
According to a press release of the MTI, during the debate will be presented the draft law which proposes the privatization strategy and will be discussed the observations and proposals which concern it. Public institutions, civic organizations as well as any other interested persons will have access to the debate.
The draft bill was drawn up by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and published on August 5th, 2010, on the website of the institution, together with the substantiation note, according to the Law no. 52/2003 concerning the transparency in the decision process of the public institutions.
