EnglishThe State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) announced the registration of ten bids for 69.92% in ITC SA - Bucharest. The company will be privatized through direct negotiation. In order to qualify for the next phase, bidders have to have a clean criminal record (no fraudulent management, forgery, fraud, embezzlement, false statement, bribery etc), good experience in research - development, financial soundness and, if applicable, have fulfilled their obligation under other privatization contracts. Besides AVAS, the other significant shareholders is SIF Muntenia (29.85%).
