Attacks on press freedom: How Comvex SA tries to silence BURSA

"Right to Reply", requested by Comvex SA and reproduced below) harasses the BURSA editorial staff, issuing threats: "we assure you that we are prepared to take any legal measure in case (consistent with your editorial policy) you will understand to publish articles containing "information" whose veracity has not been confirmed, only with the futile aim of influencing the court at the next hearing".

The article he refers to is entitled "Comvex file reappears on the ASF table: request to reopen the investigation regarding the 2016 capital increase" and informs readers about what is said in the title.
