Shareholers in milling company Boromir Prod SA approved a share capital increase by 13.3 million RON, from 1.02 million RON to 14.36 million RON (4.3 million EUR), according to a report to Rasdaq, quoted by NewsIn. The company will issue 13.33 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. Shareholders registered by June 22nd can subscribe 13 new shares for each share held.
Last year, the company reported a net profit of 515,000 RON, down 8.25 times compared with 2005. Turnover rose by 16% in 2006, amounting to 79.09 million RON (23.34 million EUR). Boromir Prod Buzau has a share capital of over 1.02 million RON, divided into 10.26 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. The majority shareholder is Boromir Ind SRL, with 62.51% in the company.
