EnglishCarpatcement Holding, one of the three cement producers operating on the Romanian market, has announced the appointment of Ioan Zeicu as General Manager of the Bicaz Subsidiary. Previously, Zeicu occupied the same position at the Fieni Subsidiary and is now replacing Nicolae Salagean, who will retire as of 1 December. Florin Bernea will take over the position of General Manager of the Fieni Subsidiary and also maintain his current position of Technical Director of Carpatcement Holding. Ioan Zeicu was the General Manager of the Fieni Subsidiary of Carpatcement Holding SA starting in 2002. Between 2001 and 2004, Ioan Zeicu worked within Romcif SA as Head of Technical Service and Deputy General Manager. Between 1999 and 2001, Zeicu was International Production Coordinator at Ruedersdorfer Zement in Germany.
