"Conpet" Ploieşti has a new manager

The general manager of "Conpet" Ploieşti, Claudiu Alexandru Coleşiu, was dismissed by the Ministry of the Economy, which hold the majority stake in the company. He will be replaced by Dan Tudora, former health and labor protection manager of the company. Coleşiu has also been replaced as the chairman of the Board of Directors. Another member of the board, Alexandru Năzare, was replaced by Adrian Popescu.

"Conpet" Ploieşti runs a pipeline grid of 4,500 kilometers, and its goal is to manage the national system for transporting oil products.

The Ministry of the Economy holds 58.7% of the company, the Proprietatea Fund holds 20.05%, with the remaining shares being held by other shareholders.
