Port operator Oil Terminal SA - Constanta has announced the sign-off of three service contracts with Petrom in the overall value of 35.6 million RON, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and quoted by NewsIn. All the three contracts concern the provision of international transportation services for oil products.
The company reported a Y2005 turnover of 128 million RON and a profit of 6.057 million RON. For the first nine months of 2006, the company reported a net profit of 636,477 RON, down 20 times year-on-year. The turnover decreased by 7.8% from 99.044 million RON in the first nine months of 2005 to 91.302 million RON at the end of September 2006. Oil Terminal shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange Tier II.
