EnglishIsraeli-based Segment Information Technology Ltd. will supply the visitor traffic metering system Passcheck to the Romanian-based Iulius Mall, Anchor Group and Bellrom for a total of 400,000 USD, according to the Israeli publication Globes. Iulius Mall operates four malls in Romania, Anchor Group has two malls in Bucharest and Bellrom has one mall in Targu Mures. The three contracts add to a number of agreements signed last year, when Segment installed the same system in 17 malls in Romania. The current contracts will be deployed by the European subsidiary, Segment ITY Europe SRL. Developed by the Swedish-based Actron AB, PAsscheck is a visitor metering system designed for malls, banks and airports.
