EnglishThe Board of Directors of Cargill Silozuri Bucharest proposed to shareholders a six-fold increase in the share capital from the present value of 2,03 million RON, according to shareholders" subscriptions, through the issuance of new shares. Thus, the company"s share capital may amount to 12 million RON. The shareholders in Cargill Silozuri - the former FNC Calarasi - will discuss the appointment of the Board of Directors on March 28th.
