Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA Increases Share Capital by 8 Mln EUR

Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA has increased its share capital to 8,2 million EUR. This is the first and most important share capital increase after the company"s rebranding process, Finans International Leasing IFN SA having become Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA. Following the share capital increase, the majority shareholder is Credit Europe Bank (the Netherlands) with 99% in the company, while Fiba International Holding (the Netherlands) holds 1%.

In 2006, Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA concluded on the local market approximately 4.000 contracts worth some 120 million EUR. The company plans to become more active on the Romanian leasing market, by financing a wide range of products, from automobiles and commercial vehicles to equipment and real estate. Thus, in the first quarter of 2007, Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA concluded 840 contracts worth over 41 million EUR.
