EnglishDafora - Medias has asked shareholders to consider the establishment of a company to start a real estate project in Bucharest. If the motion carries, the company will order a feasibility study and, if the results are positive, Dafora will hold 50% in the new company. Another topic would be to sell a plot of land located in Bucharest to the newly established company. The price would be determined by a certified valuator. The shareholders will convene on March 27th to decide on these topics.
