Dexion Hi-Lo Storage Solutions of Râşnov, part of Constructor Group, recently premiered its automated storage solutions on the Romanian market. These include manual storage systems Tornado, Paternoster and Horizontal Carousel. The machinery is developed by Finland-based parent company Dexion, which is a member of Constructor Group, which spent 20 years designing and manufacturing automated storage systems. This high-end technology became the favorite of hundreds of customers across the world.
British company Hi-Lo PPS, one of the most important producers of metallic shelves for palleted and unpalleted goods, which has been operating since 2006 in a 12,000 sqm plant in Râşnov, county of Braşov, was acquired last year by Constructor Group, the largest maker of storage, archival and logistics solutions in Europe. The British company invested 11 million Euros in 2006, in the construction of the Râşnov plant.
According to a press release of the company, in Romania, the group will operate under the name Dexion Hi-Lo Storage Solutions, and will provide solutions for logistics operators, retailers, as well as for all types of office environments which have storage and archival needs.
