DTZ Echinox Announces Transaction between Logistic E Van Wijk and Cefin Logistics Park

DTZ Echinox is pleased to announce the successful transaction concluded between Logistic E Van Wijk (EVW Holding), a Romanian-Dutch logistics company, and Cefin Logistics Park. Logistic E Van Wijk leased 5,000 sq.m warehouse space and 150 sq.m office space at mezzanine in phase 4 of the Cefin" project.

EVW Holding established their logistic services in 1992 in Cluj Napoca, as a romanian-dutch partnership, and by 1997 they had their own 7.500 sqm site constructed in Cluj-Napoca. Now they have made their next big step by opening the Bucharest platform in this new modern warehouse of Cefin Logistic Park. Thus, Logistic E van Wijk (www.evwholding.ro) will provide its clients with high quality warehousing & logistics services, growing their business in our country.

DTZ Echinox advised Europolis, the well known European Investment Fund and the owner of the Cefin Logistic Park, during the negotiation with the tenant, as exclusive leasing agent for the Cefin project.
