British investment fund Fabian Romania Property has acquired Baneasa Business Center from Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft, according to a company press release.
The transaction was intermediated by real estate agency Eurisko and its value amounts to 23.9 million EUR. This is the third largest transaction of the year, after the recent acquisition of the class A office building Cubic Centre. The negotiation process and paperwork took approximately one year and a half.
Baneasa Business Center is a class A office building, situated in the northern area of Bucharest, with a rentable surface of over 9,600 square meters and 132 parking spaces. Rental revenue amounts to some 1.85 million EUR per year. Currently, Baneasa Business Center is fully let. Among its clients there are international companies such as Wrigley, Colgate, Fresenius, Cargill and Volksbank.
