EnglishShareholders in Romradiatoare SA Brasov have approved a share capital increase by 21.2 million RON to 30 million RON, through cash and in-kind contributions, according to data published in the Official Gazette.
The company was founded in 25 oct. 1926 as Ancora Romana. At the beginning the company manufactured steel cables, but throughout the years it specialized in manufacturing radiators and heat exchangers for the automotive industry, locomotives and stationary energy groups.
The Romradiatoare plant has a surface of 37,400 sqm, of which 15,340 sqm built surface. Last year, the company posted a turnover of 21.57 million RON and net losses of 2.75 million RON. The company employs approximately 400 people.
