Romstal Group reported a Y2007 turnover in excess of 500 million EUR, nearly 65% more than in 2006, and has estimated 112 million EUR in Q1 turnover, up by 30% y/y. Plans for this year include a 650 million EUR turnover.
The Group comprises Romstal, Valrom Industrie, Valplast Industrie, Autoklass Center, Belform Prod, Dezim Development IOS Software Solutions, Central Service Instal, City Garden Distribution and the recently acquired Doming d.o.o. - Serbia.
Romstal operates in Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova and Italy. The turnover achieved overseas in 2007 amounted to 313 million EUR (+48% y/y), whereas the Romanian turnover reached some 200 million EUR (+40% y/y).
