EnglishSabile Limited has reported the acquisition of 14.61% in the Cluj-based insurer Ardaf (RASDAQ: ARDF) possibly from Daniel Voicu, who sold 258,225,800 ARDF shares (15.88%) for 26,907,128.36 RON (0.1042 RON/share) on Wednesday, February 14th. The deal was brokered by Raiffeisen Capital & Investment. The Cluj-based insurer has a share capital of 162.58 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Tender is the majority shareholder with 56.19%.
