EnglishShareholders in the Romanian division of operational leasing and fleet management of Groupe Societe Generale (SocGen), ALD Automotive, have approved an increase in share capital by 6,86 million RON, to 7,23 million RON, according to a company report, quoted by NewsIn.
ALD International SAS&Co. KG contributed 1,6 million EUR (5,48 million RON) to the capital increase and BRD-Groupe Societe Generale contributes 1,37 million RON. ALD"s international division holds 80% in the Romanian operational leasing company, and BRD - 20%. The company increased its share capital to comply with current regulations, according to which, a leasing company must have a share capital of at least 200.000 EUR.
BRD"s operational leasing division, ALD Automotive, concluded contracts worth over 20 million EUR in the first nine months of the current year and in September, company sales met estimates for 2006, according to latest financial data.
