CEZ has announced the acquisition of a 12 per cent stake in CEZ Servicii (CEZ Services) from investment fund Fondul Proprietatea for 1.6 million EUR. After becoming the single shareholder in CEZ Distributie (CEZ Distribution) and CEZ Vanzare (CEZ Sales) in early October, CEZ acquired 12 per cent in CEZ Servicii upon Fondul Proprietatea"s decision to exit the service provider. CEZ currently holds 63 per cent in CEZ Servicii, according to a press release to BURSA. CEZ Servicii was established in 2007 and is the newest addition to CEZ Romania. Among the company"s leading activities are customer relationship management through dedicated Customer Relations Centres, financial operations and human resources management.
