Conect Business Park (COEC) may buy 9 hectares of land in Balotesti, Saftica, near Bucharest, following an agreement of the shareholders. The company did not release any details regarding the value of the transactions before the actual conclusion.
In March, the company bought two plots in Saftica for 3.5 million EUR. the company paid 2.7 million EUR to ICI SA for 38,400 sq.m. plus buildings measuring 3,400 sq.m. and 800,000 EUR to individuals for 2,643 sq.m. and buildings measuring 495 sq.m. Also in March, the company bought 623 sq.m. in Predeal for 400,000 EUR.
Conect Business Park manufacturers electricity distribution equipment and deals in real estate. Among others, the company owns the office building by the same name in the north of Bucharest. It measures some 12,500 sq.m.
