Shareholders in Electrocarnon (RASDAQ:ELNG) have approved a share capital increase by 3.83 million RON. Following the operation, Vivaio is the leading shareholder with 32.7%, Metaleuroest comes second with 23.13%, SIF Oltenia third with 24.03%, Electrocarbon Employee Association fourth with 8.04% and Ekomon fifth with 3.82%. The company concluded the first half of the year with a net profit of 510.785 RON, up by 29.25%. The gross profit projection for this year is 1.99 million RON. The average ELNG quotation is 3.04 RON/share so far through the year.
