Grup Constructii Vest will invest 15 million EUR in a residential project comprising over 100 summer residences in the seaside resort of Olimp, according to company representatives quoted by NewsIn.
The Olympus Holiday will comprise two buildings of summer suites, restaurants, bars, commercial space, a spa, swimming pools and a parking lot.
The first building, Olympus Blue Tower, will have 15 floors and 107 apartments, of which 65 of two rooms, 39 of three rooms and three penthouse apartments. Construction works started last year and will be finished in April 2009.
The development is advertised within the real estate fair tIMOn, taking place at the World Trade Center Bucharest on 9 - 13 April. The fair comprises over 15,000 housing units in Bucharest, Valea Prahovei, the seaside and in foreign countries including Bulgaria, Spain, Egypt and Brazil.
