Israel has been threatened with being slapped in the face by Iran today as punishment for Monday's attack on the consulate in Damascus.
Iran has programmed three things to happen today, which work together like a syllogism - two premises and their conclusion:
Premise 1:
- The main funeral ceremony for members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) killed in an airstrike (not claimed by the Israelis) on an Iranian consulate in Syria, where at least twelve are said to have been killed, is due to take place today individuals (including seven Iranian military advisers and Hezbollah member Mohammad Reza Zahedi, senior commander of the Quds Force - an espionage elite); their burial, however, has already taken place at a Shia shrine in Damascus, as reported by the press.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran (IRGC) is a military and paramilitary force founded in 1979 after the Islamic Revolution. It is responsible for the ideological, political and military defense of the Islamic republic and has considerable influence in Iran's politics and economy. The IRGC is involved in a variety of activities, including military, economic, political and security, and is considered an influential and powerful organization within Iran's governing system.
Premise 2:
- Today there would be an international uprising against the "usurping" Zionist regime, as expressed by Ayatollah Khamenei, who hopes that the demonstrations planned for this year's Quds Day (marked today, April 5, on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan ), will mobilize supporters of Palestine not only from Muslim countries, but also from non-Muslim countries, to press for an end to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
"This year's Quds Day will be an international revolt against the usurping Zionist regime," said leader Khamenei, who continued: "If in previous years, Quds Day was celebrated only by Islamic countries, this year it is very likely that Quds Day to be celebrated in non-Islamic countries with greatness, God willing."
Quds Day, also known as Jerusalem Day, is a day of international solidarity with the Palestinian people. It was initiated by the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979, immediately after the Islamic Revolution, and is marked every year on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. Quds Day is a demonstration of opposition to Israeli control of Jerusalem, a city considered holy in Islam as well as Judaism and Christianity. This day is marked by demonstrations and public gatherings in Iran and other countries, including some Muslim and pro-Palestinian communities around the world. The goal is to express support for the Palestinians and criticize Israel's actions in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Conclusion:
- The Zionist regime will receive a "slap in the face" in response to the attack on the Iranian embassy in the capital of Syria, as the leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, threatened on Wednesday, a threat whose seriousness was confirmed by the Central Intelligence Agency of the US (CIA), which warned Israel that Iran, in retaliation, could launch a major military operation within 48 hours.
Results:
- Analysts say the recent expansion of Israeli targeted attacks on adversaries in the region to include Iranian operatives and security leaders will deepen regional hostilities and the US may be unable to avoid being drawn into a deeper regional conflict. The Iranian government announced on several channels that it would hold the United States responsible for the attack in Damascus.
- The Israeli military halted leave for all combat units on April 4 amid concerns about possible Iranian retaliation: "According to the assessment of the situation, it was decided to temporarily suspend the leave," the military said. On April 3, the army said it had recruited reservists to boost defenses.
- The world is wondering, with emotion, how the Iranian threat will materialize.
What we will find out without delay, during this day.
