IUS SA - Brasov reported losses of 849,000 RON (250,000 EUR) after the first nine months of the year, up by 13.6% y/y. Revenues amounted to 24.9 million RON (some 7.5 million EUR), up by 39.4% y/y, whereas expenses gained 38.4% to 25.8 million RON.
Two months ago, the shareholders authorized investments of 9.7 million EUR in the factory"s relocation to another plot of land as the initial one was sold to the Austrian-based investment fund Immoeast, which is planning to develop a residential area in partnership with the European Future Group.
IUS SA is controlled by the French-based MOB Outillage with 74.7%.
