Julius Baer International Equity Fund controls 7.52% in hotel company Intercontinental Romania, according to a report to Rasdaq.
Businessman Viorel Paunescu on May 31st sold 4.82% in Intercontinental Romania for 10.84 million RON.
Anvio International Consulting also sold a 4.47% stake in the company (37.24 million shares) at a price of 0.27 RON/share. Alpinteck Ltd sold 1.8% in Intercontinental for 4 million RON, at a price of 0.265 RON/share. The Stancu Family sold 0.89% in the company for 2 million RON, while the Garbea family sold 0.26% for 593,400 RON.
Intercontinental Romania reported a net profit of 1.59 million RON for trhe first quarter of the current year, compared with losses of 4.6 million RON recorded in the same period last year. The company has a share capital of 83,354,310 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. Intercontinental is listed on tier 1 of Rasdaq as RCHI.
