The company actually reported a net turnover of 1,581,510 RON, down from 1,642,896 RON.
Operating revenues reached 1,656,061 RON, whereas operating expenses amounted to 1,564,744 RON, down by nearly 100,000 RON from the referenced period. As the operating revenues were constant, the operating profit reached 93,753 RON. A financial profit of 13,219 RON was also reported.
Three months through this year, Luceafarul - Bacau reported revenues of 1,674,963 RON and expenses of 1,564,808 RON, the gross profit being 110,155 RON. The net profit was 89,406 RON, up nearly 30 times from the 3,183 RON reported in 2007:Q1.
At the end of last year, the company reported a net profit of 169,639 RON and a turnover of 6,908,835 RON. The retailer has a share capital of 678,182.50 RON and is controlled by Vasile Chitac with 50.84%. SIF Moldova is second with 24.52%.
