EnglishShareholders in Oltenita-based company Navol SA approved in the General Meeting held on Sunday a share capital increase from 20.697.530,5 RON to 74.697.530,47 RON by the issuance of 257.142.857 new shares with aface value of 0,21 RON/share. The capital increase will be done through cash injection and/or through conversion of debt into shares. Shareholders registered on March 23rd can exercise their pre-emptive rights within 30 days from the publishing date of the GM"s decision in the Official Gazette.
The company manufactures, repairs and sells ships and ship equipment. Navol-Oltenita shares are traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in the unlisted category. SIF Muntenia holds 49,99% in the company, while Ioan Alexandru controls 30,54%.
