Nolte Home Studio, Germany"s third largest furniture manufacturer, will open a showroom in Bucharest, following the spectacular growth on the Romanian residential and office building sector, which marked 29.6% year-on-year this February. Romania"s accession to the European Union and simplified procedures are also factors that contributed to this decision. In Romania, the company will retail furniture made in Lohne and Melle, Germany, with delivery periods ranging between 6 and 8 weeks from the order date. At global level, Nolte Home Studio operates in Europe, the US, Canada, Japan, the Middle East and India and lands annual sales of some 500 million EUR.
