EnglishThe Management Board of Petrom Bucharest (BVB - SNP) proposed the payment of a gross dividend of 0,0179 RON/share to SNP shareholders. The total value of dividends will amount to 1,014 billion RON, which means approximately 300 million EUR.
Shareholders in Petrom will convene on April 17th in a General Meeting in order to discuss the proposal. Yesterday, 22 million Petrom shares were traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, at prices ranging from 0,55 to 0,605 RON/share, up 4,3% from the previuos session.
