Shareholders in potato processing company Roclip - Fagaras have decided to increase share capital by 3.71 million RON (1.03 million EUR) by issuing 37.1 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Shareholders registered as such will have preemptive rights to subscribe one share for every share they already have. If all shares are subscribed, the company"s capital will reach 7.4 million RON (2.06 million EUR). The leading shareholder is Vasile Mija with 31.72%.
